Davao del Norte Province is rolling out Module 3 of Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Inventory (community level) for the readiest LGUs in the Province of Davao del Norte. The project is initiated by the Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office (PENRO) headed by its proactive PENR Officer Romulo “Mulong” Tagalo, PhD., with Ridge to Reef, Inc., as the winning bidder to undertake the project.
