On-going dumpsite closure project implemented by R2R Construction

On-going dumpsite closure project implemented by R2R Construction.  All open/controlled dumpsites should been closed since 2005, but many LGUs are still illegally operating this type of facility which should have been closed 15 years ago.  This is long overdue!
