Traveling indeed is not a right but a privilege
By Dana Gabrielle B. Tautho

Very quiet here at Pier 3 because only a handful of passengers made it. With the Covid19 cases going up, only a few travelers are permitted to travel. Those travelers without medical clearance and negative RTPCR test results cannot travel from August 1-31. Additional port requirements are travel orders, company IDs, S-PASS approved by the coastguard. Traveling indeed is not a right but a privilege, and it is evident during this pandemic.
