On-the-Job Trainees (OJTs) from CFST-College of Agriculture

In the photos are our On-the-Job Trainees (OJTs) from our partner school, the CFST-College of Agriculture, Arakan, Cotabato Province. Here in our tree nursery area in Marahan, Marilog, Davao City, they learn soil-water conservation, tree nursery establishment, sloping agricultural land technique (SALT), and multiple cropping. They started their OJT stint with R2R on June 15, 2020, and will be completed by the end of July 2020.
