R2R has conducted a series of assessments since September 2021 for the Participatory Coastal Resources Assessment (PCRA). These reports will be incorporated in the Coastal Resources Management (CRM) plans and as input to the city's Comprehensive Land Use Plan (CLUP) Coastal Zones.
